Tereza, based in North Macedonia, brings over a decade of experience in finance, economic analysis and operations. Her career spans project management, consulting, financial reporting and budget management, with extensive work on EU and internationally funded projects. Most recently, she delivered strategic advisory services to clients across the Western Balkans. She enjoys streamlining processes, helping teams work smarter, and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
