Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of admin tasks including calendar management and document preparation
• Coordinate team calls, prep meetings, take notes, and represent the CEO as needed

• Review internal deliverables across all divisions and compile reports

Detta inkluderar också samarbeten med andra webbplatser. Nästan all kommunikation sker via e-mail och arkiveras med excel. Detta kräver en god kommunikation- och förhandlingsförmåga.

Vi arbetar framförallt med Ahrefs för att analysera webbplatser vi vill marknadsföra oss hos. Detta kallas också för SEO (sökmotoroptimering) eller link building (bygga länkar). Exempel på andra verktyg vi använder är Google Analytics och Search Console, för att analysera statistik på våra webbplatser. Google Drive för våra dokument. Slack för kommunikation med våra medarbetare. Trello för att skapa och hantera arbetsuppgifter. Digital marknadsföring är under kontinuerligt förändring och du behöver ständigt utveckla dina kunskaper.

Du kommer jobba efter tydliga deadlines och vara i nära kontakt med oss på kontoret samt våra frilansare. Kontoret är på Kungsgatan 63, Eskilstuna. Det kommer finnas möjlighet till vissa flexibla arbetstider (macbook och andra verktyg tillhandahålls) men arbetet ska utföras på plats.

Optimizee ökar kunskapen om investeringar. Vi består av ett litet team som bygger, optimerar och expanderar utbildningswebbplatser. Företaget startades för 2 år sedan, har en heltidsanställd och ett flertal frilansare. Vi växer och anställer nu två till heltidsanställda och flyttar till större kontor på Kungsgatan 63, Eskilstuna 632 21. • Krav på goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
• Krav på god kommunikation- och förhandlingsförmåga i skrift
• Krav på grundläggande kunskaper av excel
• Meriterande kunskap och/eller erfarenhet av digital marknadsföring
• Meriterande kunskap och/eller erfarenhet av SEO
• Meriterande erfarenhet av analysverktyg såsom Ahrefs
• Meriterande kunskap av flera språk

Arbetsuppgifter

• Svara på e-mail från kunder och partners
• Kontakta företag för marknadsföring och samarbeten
• Förhandla om priser och villkor med företag
• Spara och jämföra information i excel
• Analysera webbplatser med verktyget Ahrefs
• Administrativt arbete såsom fakturering
